Vodafone India — refund amount of 700 | |||
Hi i am Wendy Mascarenhas. I had a vodafone number [protected]. I had a pending bill of 706.82 and i paid 1500 by mistake on 10th October i was told i will get the refund amount of 793.18 by cheque in 45 days, and i was told to pay cash of 250 for a prorated bill as i asked them to change the ownership of the number to my friend Steven, hence vodafone store took the payment of 250 and changed the ownership of the number and said i will get a chque of 793.18 by post after 45 days. Finally i recevied a chque of 546.26 by post which has a incorrect name the name on Chque is "WENDY MAASCARENHASMANAGER", so i cant evenn deposit the chque. Then i called the vodafone customer care to ask why i recevied a chque od 546.26 instead of 793.18 so they told me that cut 246.92 for the 793.92 for the pro rated bill which i already paid in cash, and they dont have any record of the cash payment. They are not logging my complaint by saying that account is closed and i am syuck with not getting my refund back. Was this information helpful? | |||
