Vodafone India — refund denied and forcefully asking to convert the refund onto prepaid talk time | |||
I have recently converted my vodafone no from post paid to prepaid Before conversion, i was asked to make a payment despite me informing them that a direct pay is setup from the bill date. Thus, vodafone received double payment. They recignise the double payment but are not providing the refund. First one of their members confirmed on mail it would be reversed, however it would take 60 days. When i objected how can the reversal take 60 days when ecs takes maximum 5 days, now they're advising as to convert this prepaid talktime after 45 days. I have already asked to shut the number as neither my post or prepaid is number is working and to refund this duplicate, yet i am being denied Need urgent help Prajakta mayekar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
