[Resolved] Vodafone India — Refund not initiated even after 15 days | |||
I have been following up with vodafone delhi nodal & appellate authority since 10 days regarding the refund of a failed transaction. Every time I am given a new query number but no solution. I even provided them with my bank statement informing them that money has been deducted from my account. But they are not refunding my money. They are just giving me scripted answers. Heights of irresponsibility happened today when appellate authority mailed me & addressed me as some Mr Mahajan with mobile number [protected]. It seems they are not even aware of the query I raised 8 days back. The latest service request number I got is[protected]. Before this, the request number was[protected].
