I have been facing an issue with refund of deposit amount Rs 5, 000 I had paid for activating international roaming service in Sep'16.
I got the international roaming service disconnected on 3rd Nov'16 and requested a refund of the amount. I was told that the refund would be processed in 45 days. I enquired again in Dec'16 and to my dismay I was told that there is no request for the same, and upon my insistence a request was logged on 02nd Jan'[protected] and I was told that the request would be resolved by 21 Jan'16. Meanwhile, I was also told by a Vodafone agent that I can walk into any Vodafone store, and I will be given the refund, I did walk into Vodafone Store in Banerghatta Road, but the store executives told me that they can't do anything about it.
It is 27th Jan'16 today, and I am still running from pillar to post to get the amount back (one e.g[protected].
This is extremely frustrating for me and unduly irresponsible and careless attitude of Vodafone. I just don't know what else I can do about this apart from changing my operator which I will do eventually Was this information helpful? |
