Sub: regarding, vodafone customer care not taking my complaint.

I raised a complaint about for making a call it asking to recharge but i already have an unlimited plan. And also if i have balance sometimes it takes an amount from main account for a call charges even for a normal local call but i have the unlimited plan.
Customer care response: yes it taking amount for the call but you made a video call for that amount is deducted.
From my side response: i said i never did video call i only made a normal voice call and i checked my history too its voice only. And also receiver person having keypad phone so there s no chance of video call. And i asked why sometimes i can't able to make a call even if i'm having an unlimited plan.
Customer care response: k sir we will check that both. I will make a call back request after the complaint resolved.
So three days went no call i received from vodafone about the complaint and no call back i received from vodafone. Sir/madam i think u can able to hear the call audio (While speaking to customer care) please hear that for a clear understanding of what happened you will get to know.
And today
24.09.2019 at 10.59 am: i called to customer care and again i explained to another person. Because again i can't able to make a call it asking to recharge but i have an unlimited plan. If i do recharge it taking an amount from the main account for normal local number audio call only (Screenshot is attached). And customer care telling you are making a video call they are not accepting what i am telling (Screen recorder copy is attached for proof of i am making a normal audio call only for that also it ask to recharge).
They are not registring my complaint please hear a conversion for proof. I[censored] want i will send the conversation record also.
They must take my complaint and informed about this to the service team but not done. See i dnt want any refund please clear the issue first.
1. What the action you will take for the issue i raised about customer care person?
2. And will the action you take for not accepting my complaint?
3. What the action you will take for the complaint i raised in 20.09.2019 but no response?
4. What the action you will take the customer care person doesn't give any choice how do i resolve my problem and where i can contact my further (Even i asked they telling this is not an issue.. Taking my amount is not an issue??... Asking to recharge even i have an unlimited plan is not an issue??... I'm telling i made an audio call only i show my call history and even receiver call history too but you are telling video call is not an issue???

1. See the screen recorder i'm trying make a normal audio call but its asking to recharge even i have an unlimited call plan. See clear im trying to make an audio call to normal local number only (But your customer care not in a position to hear what i am saying. They think they know everything... It's the very very bad response i have seen until now please hear conversation history you will get to know correctly.)
2. See the call summary details you deducted 2.40rupees for 3minutes its normal call cost & see the call history in my mobile to its normal audio call only.
Consider as a serious issue and reply as soon as possible thank you
