I took a vodadone postpaid plan 2 months back from the vovodafone store . they have given me wrong information regarding monthly package . I have taken a plan of 399 monthly in which in internet was unlimited but as soon as I received a bill there was an addtional cost of 650 in my bill. I spoke to customer care people they are telling me that they will raise a complaint but you have to pay the bill . they are forcing me to pay the bill .. even though its not my fault. my vodafone no is [protected].. and I spoke to vodafone cust care as well 10 days back the cust care guy also told me that my internet is free.. so please help me
