Vodafone India — regarding deduction & not activating dnd.

Sir, My no. [protected] (Vodafone) using since long time but I am not satisfied with your service. Although I am a Sinior Citizen & using phone only for incoming & outgoing purpose but unfortunately you are activating so many services without my consent, now kindly solve the issue or I have to port out my number.
