[Resolved] Vodafone India — Regarding disconnect of vodafone services | |||
I have moved out of India 6 months back ..I have requested for disconnection of my vodafone services to India number [protected]..the request has been processed by august..I still see bills being generated every month and vodafone representatives keep calling continously and ask to pay bill till today..I have written numerous emails to the vodafone care but no reaction..This is not the way customer is treated..We have been using vodafone from past 8 years and this is what the service given to the customer..We have decided to dsconnect all vodafone connections and not opt to continue the service with vodafone again. Please intimate the respective teams on bil generation as the number no longer exists..The service is disconnected effective august 1, 2014 Was this information helpful? | |||
