Vodafone India — Regarding disconnection of sim & interaction number [protected] of vodafone | |||||
Sir, I had taken connection on date 23/05/2017 phone number [protected]. At the time of new sim connection thry told me that i will get 4g full signal at both plant & colony. But in colony at my quarter no 4g signal is coming & 3g signal is coming only 2 point that is also fluctuating, i am unable to open my mail account & other sites are not opening & in case of plant area there is no 4g & 3g signal only 2g is coming. For this issue i had already 3 times requested them but no response & no improvement. Therefore i had requested to disconnect & disable this sim. This mail i send on 05/06/2017 they replied that it will take some times & my connection will be complete disconnected by date 17/06/2017. Still they had not disconnected my sim. The main key person mr. Aditya (Mobile-[protected]) is not receiving my phone as soon as he got news of my request for disconnection of sim. Still they have not disconnected sim & they are loading on bill but i dont want to pay after 05/06/2017 the time when i requested them to permanently disconnection of sim i am attaching the email rethis conversation Was this information helpful? | |||||
