[Resolved] Vodafone India — regarding internet pack recharging

i am your old customer from many years.. i had some Internet recharging problem.. hence
i had called customer care for four time.. Still i have not received proper replay .. My complaint no. is [protected] registered dated 07.10.2014..
Now i am not happy with your service.. i have lost my money in recharging Internet pack..
Hopeless service.. every time customer care people will say they will solve the problem.. but did not solve .. i had visited vodafone service centre in KD Road, Mysore also.. they are too hopeless they given me nonsense answers..
if you can't solve simple problems means what for service..??
now i am planning to port my number to any other service..
Whoever see my message do please don't choose vodafone network ...
