Vodafone India — Regarding loss of 3g night data balance | |||||
This complaint is regarding an unresolved issue related to 3g data recharge done by me I mailed vodafone thrice to get this issue resolved, 3 people called me from vodafone but none of them called back again and none of them resolved my issue. I am thoroughly disappointed with such open fleecing of customers, it has been 3 weeks already and vodafone seems least bothered about solving my issue. They do know that my issue is genuine and i have given them proper proof but they just do not seem keen to refund me my balance. I recharge with the rs 186 pack every month for internet which initially was 400mb day and 400mb night which has changed to 1gb for day and 200 mb for night from this month. I lost my night data balance inspite of recharging before the expiry date I had recharged on 15th may 2017 after which the balance displayed was 4929.62 mb for the day pack but night pack is only 200mb now, i had 4190 mb when i had recharged on 18th april 2017 So where did my 4 plus gb of night data go?? Vodafone cannot just remove it, this is open cheating of a customer, they have no value for the money customers put for recharges I have been recharging before expiry all these months and due to lack o[censored]sage my net pack has been building over the months. I hope immediate action is taken this time I am attaching the requisite screenshots for your reference regarding the sms received from vodafone on 15th may and 18th april after recharging for those respective months.
