Vodafone India — Regarding misguiding rudeness on the call by telecaller | |||
shahbaz khan here, my number is [protected] i am using voda from past 7 years when it was Hutch. yesterday i called 111 to complaint about not getting any intimation of retention offer last date, (because i lost 22 rs in a single call) some girl spoke with me her name starts from 'S' . instead of solving my query she directly transferred to some senior person (shivaraj p) without my permission, which is disgusting behaviour and i was in the queue for about 15 mins after that shivaraj also didnt listen to me properly and misguided me to call in [protected] saying that this is a toll free no, today morning i called to that, i charged about 11rs that time i came to know that he lied, you can listen to the call recordings. i want my money back otherwise iam getting port.
