I live in Anna Nagar west, chennai. I am not able to use my cell phone any day or night time. Always when the others call, my signal says that I am out of range or off. But my phone is always on. My phone signal is Nil. or No signal.
I have made complains to them since July 2015. Till day the workers and the technical people says that they will correct it by installing a new booster, but so far nothing changed from my signal part. Always say that they are doing it or done it but no change in the service.
But they are not giving me any credit for the money which I pay every month, but still they are trying to collect the money, these fellows are shameless people.
Now they are saying that if there is lot of people are having this problem then they will solve this issue. If that is the case why did they give one person connection, they should have waited to a group to join in their service... please solve this issue. Was this information helpful? |
