Vodafone India — Regarding not crediting my net pack of rs 189 and va customer care's employee behavior ( selva rani ) chennai.

Sir / mam,
I am a Vodafone customer . I am using my mobile internet pack of Rs.189 regularly as the same I recharged it on I received a message regarding your pack will be activated within two hours, but it was not activated till now.I have filed the complaint against them but they aren't responding.The worst part is that they've blocked me against calling the customer care. REALLY A WORST ATTITUTE SHOWN TOWARDS CUSTOMER. DIUDNT EXPECT IT FROM VODAFONE NETWORK !!!

Hi,

we are having signal related issues in Financial District hyderabad. I am from Virtusa Hyderabad and unable to call anybody these days if i am near the same surroundings. i and my colleagues are having the same problem. Please check and resolve the issue asap
