I have recharged two times for 569 and 458. But I got only 2G. You are wasting my money. Please rectify the problem otherwise I switch to other service provider.
Who gives the company right to automatically, without any customer consent, activate such services and charge fees? This is an open breach of customer rights.

They have activated the "FITGURU" pack which I never requested and also deducted Rs, 75 from my account. I have deactivated the pack through SMS but has not got the money refunded.
I request you to take necessary steps to solve my issue.
