Vodafone India — Regarding Poor Network Connectivity

Hi, My name is Pankaj Khanna and I am having 5 mobiles no. from vodafone and that too are very old no.s. I am facing major network connectivity for the mobile no.'s [protected], [protected] for the past 6 months. I have lodged complaint with Vodafone many a times but till date no resolution from vodafone. I am unable to make any call as voice drops in between and I am unable to use internet. I am paying Rs. 500 as monthly rent to vodafone for no use for the no. [protected].
The services of vodafone instead of getting better is getting deteriorated day by day.
Customer care is even worse. I have to lodge a complaint against one customer care executive for his behaviour.
If no solution is receive from vodafone within few days i am sorry to say that I have to opt for port out.
I have already send msg for portout.
