Vodafone India — Regarding reactivation | |||
Respected sir, i am using Vodafone Simcard since three years. i was greate experience with you. but now a day i am buy two new simcards and i am facing a problem regarding response from your vodafone care, solapur, they didnt get any response for my query and they are not punctual with their work. they embarrassing me alot. I purchase Two Vodafone sim card before approximate 8 month. i pay the deposit amount rs-300 rs per sim during purchasing of those Vodafone simcards. My both simcards are deactivate because of payment issue. but now i want to reactivate both sim card. i visit to Vodafone office today. but they demand me the deposit amount for both simcard again that i paid during purchasing those simcards they demand me money as follows. Number- [protected] Bill pending- 198 rs (Approx) Reactivation Charge 100 rs Deposit Amount- 500 rs Number- [protected] Bill pending- 79 rs (Approx) Reactivation Charge 100 rs Deposit Amount- 500 rs i am ready to pay pending bill and activation charge of both the sim. but not agree to pay deposit amount of both sim card. because i already pay deposit amount so why to pay it again and again? if you charge me deposit again and again the i can switch to other company. decision is yours...
