Sir, Vodafone activated value added services on my vodafone number without my permission and deducted balance. I called vodafone customer care and ask them register a complain regarding it. But he refused to register the complain. They said that this service was activated at 11pm at night. Then i said i was sleeping at that time then he said that this was activated previous week also.
