[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Regarding wrong billing araised against mob no.[protected]

Res.Sir,
i the above mentioned no.[protected], had complaint regarding wrong billing charged for internet used, if i have not requested for any type of plan & neither i have opted for it in my post paid plan but till you had charged me billing of Rs.3037.89 which is injustice against post plan consumer which is not tolerable.also the person who have issued the card mr.mahesh kharchane, marketing officer nashik with mob.no.[protected] has agreed their mistake, but not comitted to pay the amt.by him, hence kindly solve the matter, so as otherwise iam in a position to draft a complaint against vodafone in consumer forum regarding if i have not reqested for the internet service or pack how can you charge for the same against hidden downloading by the smart phone, & why should i bear for that?@Nitin Patil
