With this mail, i want to convey that i have been suffering from worst telecom services from vodafone and repeated call drops.
I have been suffering from call drops on vodafone network since last 1 month.
I have been using this vodafone network since 3 years in ahmedabad. Then i got mnp to vodafone delhi circle around 1.5 months back. Since then, i have been getting this problem.
I called on customer care around 7 times day before yesterday, and 3 times today. Every time i couldn’t convey my problem because of these call drops.
Secondly, i was told during mnp that i would be getting 100 rs off on my 499 plan for the first 3 months, but they charged 499 only.
Thirdly, i have paid my mnp balance transfer of around 636 rs last month only, but they have added this money again in my new bill also.
Now i have had just enough from your side.
It was a big mistake i opted for this network, even when i was getting some better plans from other service providers. Being a loyal customer, i was not thinking of such services.
But i am left with no option, but to address my complaints to trai too.
I will surely put this on other social media also, so that other people don’t suffer like me.
