Vodafone India — Replaced sim not activated | |||||
Hello sir/madam, This is my second-time registering a complaint on my new replaced sim card, number[protected], phone number [protected]. I collected a new sim as a replacement for my old broken sim. I was told the services are active on my sim. I contacted your vodafone stores number of times, but that was a complete waste of time. Dont know what is wrong with the sim, every time I make a call it is saying your service has been barred. Signal is seen on screen, but of no use. I have tried all the settings as instructed by your excutives. Kindly look into this issue.Hope you take this seriously and solve my issues ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||||
