Vodafone India — Request for mnp from airtel to vodafone | |||
With reference to subject matter i requested for MNP from Airtel to Vodafone since Aug 2015 & till date the MNP has not been done. Repeated emails habe been made for the same but no updates is given till date. At the end I contacted Vodafone store & over there they told me that there 1 bill outstanding in your name of Rs 636 which needs to be cleared and than only porting can be done. So on the same day i cleared my outstanding and generated the new MNP code which also got expired as when i asked them whats the reason for the same they replied, our back end team did not process your request hence it did not got to port. So on 24th Oct i again visited the store and generated the new unique code which is suppose to get expired on 13th Nov 2015. However i contacted appellate officer related to same and they also told me that your request is in process and we will update you as soon as it gets done. We are marking the email to the concern dept too to resolve the issue. I don't understand how much time it takes to resolve the issue. Is this the service been provided to the new customers.
