[Resolved] Vodafone India — request number[protected] ir data activation with notification and auto start of mobile data | |||
Hello team This is regarding request number[protected] raised to vodafone for mobile data charges. Mobile number: +91 [protected] Dob : 26/07/1988 I have traveled from india to malaysia on 20/21st dec'2018 and on malaysia airport i have connected to wifi but unfortunately wifi got disconnected and data switched on to mobile data for few minutes. I have not used any data but data was on for few minutes due to disconnection to wifi network. For few mb of data, vodafone bill me for 6500 inr for current month generated on 01st jan 2018. I don't want to pay as i have not used any data as it was activated without notifying to customer. I have call to customer care to waive charges and they said we will take your request and process waiver. They have taken multiple request and closed without waiving the charges applied.
