Dear Sir,
My name is Jigar G Shah, I am from Mumbai. I am using vodafone service since more than 10 years. This is first time i experience very rude behaviour from Customer executive Pushpendra rathod. which has hurt me a lot and put me for thought why i am continue with such service provider. I asked him that why company is offering different rates for 3g services to selcted numbers? I asked for the reason for same. i got very arrogant reply and he was not even trasferring call to his seniors. I requesed him for several hours. Even he was not ready to lodge complain.

Jigar, I would sincerely suggest you PORT your number to some other Service Provider. By porting you get to keep the same telephone number. Send a toll-free SMS to 1901:
PORT (space) (Your cell number)
You will get a porting code. This code is valid for some fifteen days within which you go to the other Service Provider's gallery and submit form and documents. Simple. End of Vodafone headache.
