Vodafone India — Robbing the customers by adding unmade calls in the bill | |||
This is ridiculous and the worst behavior I ever have seen in my life. In my experience Vodafone is the most useless and fraud company. I have been requesting, informing and calling the customer care regarding the mistakes in my bill. Despite of resolving my problem, you disconnected my number and in return restricted my outgoing calls as well. This is really a harassment for a customer like me. On one hand you increased the limit to Rs. 9000, saying that I am a valuable and true customer. But on the other hand Vodafone makes so many mistakes in the bills. This is not the first time that I am facing this issue, to best of my memory this is the 3rd time I am facing this issue of frauds in the bills. This is the third time I am facing the same issues in the bill. Many a times in the past I caught the numbers for which Vodafone was billing me but I never made the calls. On submitting the proofs I got the waiver offs. Again I have noticed that there are various mistakes in the bill. I just have worked on 3 dates, and have seen that vodafone is billing me for those calls which I never have made. I called the customer care and explained the same issue, despite of solving the issue, he simply disconnected my call. So many times I have tried to inform about this issue to one of RMs Shabbir Joseph, via emails and calls but all in vain. Now where should I go, to whom should I ask. This is what a Big Brand like Vodafone is doing with their customers i.e. Just Robbing there money. Was this information helpful? | |||
