[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Rs. 78 taken as mini store charge for mobile number portability

I have recently change my mobile service provider from Reliance communication to Vodafone. According to TARI rule Rs. 19 should be charge for this service. But the Vodafone mini store Powai (Near IIT Bombay), told me that they are not allowed to cell sim below Rs. 200. I thought they will give some talk time and some first recharge voucher kind of things to adjust the remaining 181 rupees. But when SIM was activated they just recharge with Rs. 103 for talk time. When I asked about rest Rs. 97, they told it is MNP charges. I told them MNP charges is 19 only, then they replied rest Rs. 78 is mini store charge. "hum logo ko bhi to store chalana parega". Then I asked for bill, they told there is no bill for MNP service. I talk to the customer care and told them the details, they told they can not take the complain but they can talk to the mini-store person. The mini-store person denied to talk. "we will not talk to any one, this is the charges we took from everyone. I request you take some action against these kind of stores.
