[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Rs 900 charged for postpaid unlimited mobile internet plan after normal rent.

Dear Sir, I have been using the vodafone No-[protected]. couple of month ago i had opted unlimited internet plan for the above no. I was shocked after seeing the Asugust and September month bill nearly Rs 2000/-. When I checked with vodafone customer executive they said I have used 3rd party sites and that is why the amount has come. For 3rd party sites why vodafone is taking responsibility paying on behalf of the customer. If that is the case then whey it was not informed when internet connection was provided. However Vodafone payment recovery team sopke to me on 24th november and asked me to pay Rs 2054 (out of approx 3000/-) and remaining amount will be waved off. But the no was activated for 1 week alone and then got disconnected and when I asked them they said you have to pay the remaining amount to activate the service.
