I had a talk with the guy name ALPESH WALAN ( god knows wht ) but as far as i remember his name was alpesh for sure and he was talking from the ahemdabad branch, instead of being helpful he was acting too tough. I recommend and humbly request the company to take strict action against the guy just so that the other customers like me donot suffer at late nights. What i feel now is that choosing vodafone was a big blunder which i made. So many times i have suffered due to irrespective behavior of your attendant's. When i asked him regarding the solution of the net problem which i was facing, he was least interested in helping out and for that he made up an excuse saying there is no net pack active on ur number at the moment which is just practically not possible because my last recharge was on monday for 1 gb 3G plan. Which is already active with 900 mb remaining. All this happened just 10 minutes back and now my net has some how started and i am typing this complaint. Just imagine that guy said that there is no pack active at the moment ! Very unexpected !
