Vodafone India — rude behaviour of the executive, fraudulent done in billing, changed plan without notice | |||
Vodafone has started looting people. First they cancel out the connection and force to take postpaid plans. Rs 299 is the minimum plan they offer. After using for a month and after much convincing they changed the same plan to rs 254. But again when i visited the next month somehow the plan was increased to rs399. The service is so bad in my office that the card is of no use to me. Even after a confirmation from the customer care to change to prepaid the vodafone gallery executive are reluctant in the matter. To solve silliest of the problem they called me about 5 times in the gallery giving various non sensible reasons and with a very rude attitude they ignore all the requests. The executives in charni road girgaon branch (Especially ms. Bhavana) are pathetic and cannot help the customers in any way. After denying to change from postpaid to prepaid several times when its finally done they force you to pay rs254 for the 28days for no reason. They also deny the port out request. Sincere request that if you cannot serve your customers properly atleast let them port out. I would not reccomend vodafone to anybody unless you want to waste your money and still not get any kind of service then one can go for it. Was this information helpful? | |||
