Vodafone India — Serious complaint for vodafone and reply needed by 23rd june morning 8 o clock

Subject : harrasing service by your customer care girgaum branch. False promises.

This sim in in my name. My son is using this phone. Last month in may his phone was crashed so sim was damaged. So i applied and took new sim from girgaum branch.

The sim was unused for 15 days as i didnt have extra phone. But i paid all the bills as its postpaid phone.

On 18th june i purchased phone and inserted sim. It was not registered on network.
I called customer care and i was told to visit gallery where i got the sim.

On monday 19th i went to gallery at girgaum. There is long que and i have to wait for minimum 30 minutes. They gave me new sim took aadhaar card zerox duly signed, filled the form and gave me a new sim and assured it will start in 4 hours. It did not start

On tuesday 20th i send my staff for the same. They told that again the sim owner has to come. I went there again waited for half hour. They again filled a form got my signature and same assurance of 4 hours. It did not start.

On wednesday 21st again i went and requested its very urgent. Please urged them to do soon. They gave me new sim again asked for all papers like pan and aadhar and told in 4 hours it will start. It did not start.

On thursday 22nd i sent my staff. I got asurance in 1 hour it will start. It did not start. So at 5 o clock in evening i went. Again form was filled and i am told by tomorrow morning that is by 23rd morning it will start. I was annoyed but they were not worried for that.

Each and everytime i went to vodafone the behaviour of staff was rude. They were not bothered for service rather than clearing people from their gallery as we are unwanted.

The security person seemed to be more trained and was respectful rather than staff. Long queues and tokens and too much harassment. Token software not working and too much mess.

Today at 9 o clock in evening i called vodafone care and i was told that the new sim you have received sim no[protected] synt. There is no record on the system that this sim has to be registered on network. And no record that this sim is given to me.

This means that your vodafone gallery at girgaum are just making fools to customers. Just grabbing money and not interested to give any service. From 5 days i have wasted my 5 hours but your staff is least bothered. Bad behaviour. Bad service bad signals, bad and uneducated staff are all those taglines to be kept for vodafone.

You dont value customers, keep in mind customers will forget you. We are paying money and your work is to give service rather than cheating the people. Its our hard earned money not meant for your entertainment.
