Vodafone India — Service disconnected

The Vodafone India making Guinness world record in WORST consumer service. They are extremely pathetic & disgusting in mobile services. Its start about 9 12 days before. I got a call from Vodafone agent about to get Postpaid plan. I told them that I am a Prepaid customer of iDEA (Really Good) and I am happy since 5 years I have been using iDEA. They told me that they can port me in Vodafone without change my number, still I said no but wanna know what kind of better service they can provide. After long conversation and request of agent I said Yes Okay. I am ready to port in Vodafone. They send their execution to receive my documents in my office same day. I had my document copy in my office so I gave them. They told me it will take 24 to 48 hours. I got a call from iDEA about why I am porting in Vodafone, sadly I said that I am not getting proper 3G service so I decided to move in Vodafone (very sad).

Finally I got a message to port successfully in Vodafone and after 5 days I got a message to submit my document again in near Vodafone store or cal 199.
The same day I got a executive call to verify my address I told her what I had submitted. She said that the address what I am telling is wrong. I said no its absolutely correct please check again. She again said I am wrong. Then I asked her what is my address mentioned there She told me bla .. bla... I requested her to correct my address whatever is wrote in your data is totally wrong. My Flat no is 302 and they had written 392. It was totally executive typo mistakes whoever punching my data. After 2 days my service had been discontinue then I called to 199 to know why I am being block. They told me its about document not submitted or not verified. I told them that's your problem writing wrong address and going wrong place not mine. They said I have to submit my documents again.

I said okay no prob (I am decided to go with Vodafone). Next day I went mini store to submit my document as soon I reached there and tell them why I am there they said Sir you have to visit head office they cant do anything regarding that.

I went around 3 4 stores an everywhere they stupid said same thing, Sir you have to submit your document where I got sim, I asked them then why you open these stores?. I move Vodafone Head Office and submitted my document they said it will take 24 48 hours to start your services again because I am a ported connection.

I got extremely angry because I have only one number thats bard from 3 days, No body can call me and same. My services start next day early morning and next day its disconnected again. Just because of address verification.

OHH!! CRAP!! VODAFONE...

Now I have to visit Head Office Again... and after 3 month I decide to use iDEA again by port from Vodafone.

Sincerely Request To All Consumers, DONT USE VODAFONE EVER, IT HAS WORST SERVICE EVEN YOU CANT THINK...
