Vodafone India — services are to bad

Ones time when I take vodafone services I was very happy with vodafone. but now from last to or three months I am like "I have to close the postpaid " Seriously Vodafone customer care does't have Knowledge to retain a custmer. I am using a plan of rupee 149. N you are giving Bill every month of rupee 1400 or 1700. You are sendicng me internet charges, sms charges etc. Again n again but before many months I already told to deactivate the all services. But the vodafone custmer care executive did't anything.
