Vodafone India — Shameless behaviour of the customer care representative | |||
I called vodafone india customer care for an issue about activation of internet pack. I was checking my balance and i saw this offer dial *444*9 internet pack for 1 hour. I dialed it assuming that it would provide details about the offer i. E. Charges etc.Instead i directly got a message that your internet pack is activated. This is basically an act of cheating by vodafone india. How can you charge me without giving clear details about any of your product or services? I dialed their so called customer care to ask if the service can be terminated and if i could get a refund. The call connected and for around 2 minutes i could hear other representatives voices taking their respective calls but to which my call was transferred wasn't saying anything as he was not even on his desk. I didn't mind it and normally narrated the issue, he said that i cannot get a refund and the service will stay activated. I asked him if he could transfer my call to his senior as he wasn't able to resolve the issue. He replied नहीं अभी किसी से बात नहीं करा सकता आप बाद में फ़ोन कर लेना। आपने complaint के लिए ही फ़ोन किया था ना? I said yes i had a complaint about the deducted balance and asked his name to which he replied एक बार बता चूका हु नाम बार बार बताने का शौक नहीं है मुझे। and disconnected the call.
