[Resolved] Vodafone India — sim activation | |||
I transfer mu number from postpaid to prepaid and took new prepaid sim for same 2days back... Its getting network but not activating... As per instructions by vodafone store.. I called 59059 for activation.. But on that number it's only telling process for adhar links... I have paid my all dues at store updated by store and also did first recharge of 229rs for activation same time But still it's showing zero balance Please resolve urgently Was this information helpful? | |||

I am unable to convert from postpaid to prepaid. I spoke to several of your executives, but none of them were ready to solve the issue.
Kindly convert the postpaid number to prepaid or else let me know the procedure because P2P text message is not working.
