I Nikhil N Dhawale, have been a customer of yours for quite some time vide my Cell Phone Number: [protected] which I ported from Reliance. Recently, I lost my phone and along with it my Sim Card. So as per the process I applied for a new Sim card at your LOCAL VODAFONE STORE located at Abhyankar Nagar near VNIT College Nagpur. I got the SIM Card Yesterday i.e. March 14, 2015 at around 1:30 pm after having completed all the requisite formalities and having submitted all the necessary documents and photos. Now I was told that my number will be activated within two hours. I was OK with that and I waited accordingly. However, even as I post this complaint to you today i.e. March 15, 2015 at 10:15 pm my SIM has still not been activated. I am facing many problems as people are unable to contact me.
Therefore I request you to do the needful at the earliest. My phone number and SIM number have been mentioned above.
