My name is Harsh Virdi. On 29th September, 2014 night my sim card was blocked. Next day(30th September, 2014), when I spoke to the customer care executive, he told me that my prepaid number has been blocked on request from a random number. And to reactivate my number, I have to visit a Vodafone Store. I went to the store in South Extension the very next day(1st October, 2014). Mr. Amarjeet Singh, at help desk said there is no record of the random number from which the request was made and due to non submission of my documents my sim card was blocked. The shocking part is, I submitted my documents 8-9 months back after I got a call from vodafone so how can he give me this reason.
Also, I will not get this number again. After an hour, he agreed to reactivate my number. But for that, I will have to pay Rs.250/- and will have to use a post paid connection. I paid them and agreed to use the post paid connection against my will. I got the sim card and he said it will be activated within 24hours. Now, it's been 3 days my number is still blocked. Whenever I call at vodafone complaint number (198), I never get a proper answer from them. Was this information helpful? |
