[Resolved]  Vodafone India — sim card

Sir,
I'm using vodafone number since last 17-18 years as a postpaid sim card whose number is [protected]. Last month when i tried to go form postpaid to prepaid after getting over charged by company first they tried to make excuses that gumasta certi is required etc-2 when i tried to port to other service provider they agreed to transfer it without gumasta. Again i visited the vodafone store & cleared all my dues + 10 days in advance. Again after few days they rejected the transfer when i visited the store they refused when asked for reason they were unable to explain in spite of i have cleared all the dues.
Any how i took mine form back that i dont want to go for postpaid to prepaid & again applied for port but within 2 days my sim was transferred to prepaid (In spite of i took my form & documents back). Again i visited to store as mine sim was not working due to insufficient balance i paid the whole amt they asked for & got started my sim. (When i asked that why now it got transferred when i already took my documents back he simply replied it has been done by ho)
It worked for 10-15 days very well but all of sudden on 12/11/19 my sim was blocked without any prior notice & even i don't know that my services were blocked and all my customer were complaining for not getting touch with me. Again i visited the store & according to them it will take 3 days after submitting the necessary form, now kindly explain me the following points

1. If gumasta certificate was not necessary than why i have to visited 3 times to store wasting my time & money
2 in spite of paying full bill amt & 10 days in advance why my from was rejected.
3 when i took my transfer application back & it was already rejected why my sim transferred to prepaid from postpaid.
4 again when visited to store why they took the recharge amt and started mine sim (In spite of that they were aware that i have took the form back) if there was some issue why they not pointed out at that time
5 from 12/11/19 mine sim is blocked since morning why they did not intimate me before so that i can submit the necessary documents in time
6 i'm the customer since last more than 18 yrs as a postpaid customer at least they could have do the favor of not blocking the incoming.
7 who will bare for the loss of business im facing today due to blocked sim & mine net charges. Outgoing charges which i have already paid for these blocked period.
8 since last 3 days the customer care drops 1 msg saying that the problem will be resolved soon but nothing is going on.

So it is requested to do the needful asap to get me out with this as all mine registered otp comes in it & i'm helpless in mine bank transaction & other work also.
Now it feels that we are the criminal who has used vodafone sim since last 17-18 years.

At last plz help me to come out with the mistake of not porting my sim earlier. Since i have not paid my vodafone bill & thay have blocked me plz contact me on [protected]

The day I complain here I got a call from Vodafone customer care regarding issue I was facing.They assured to get the issue solve ASAP again it took time but at last the issue have been solved only due to the complain I have registered at consumercomplaints.in Once again thanks a lot

Since Last 10 days I'm complaining for my blocked Sim but still the issue has been not solved & my customers are suffering lot due to this

Mine number [protected] is always available and infact i had a talk with vodafone care i cant remember the name but her number was [protected] & after a detail discussion she said to give a call after 5 min. but still im waiting for her call & suffering a lot for mine blocked sim

After repeated request still mine sim is not active.Seems that using vodafone for 18-19 years was my biggest mistake.On friday the vodafone person took all my documents & said it will start within 1-2 days & yesterday I got mail from appellate.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com it may take 5 working days to get it solved.Now our Honorable PM says Digital India & all my banks OTP are registered with this number I'm helpless to use online bank transition.It is blocked since 12/11/19 & next 5 days means almost 15 days which may be very short period for vodafone but as a client for me it has lost most of my business & my client are suffering a lot as I'm attached with service business so a proper number to give proper service means a lot me

Very-2 bad response mine number is blocked since 15 days and all mine bank accounts/ online marketing/otp is attached with this number.After submitting all necessary documents still it has been not started.it seems that using sim 18-19 as a postpaid was my biggest mistake or appyling for postpaid to prepaid was my mistake.

Sir what to do even after repeated request the issue has been not solved.even after submitting all documents 5 days have passed but no reply from vodafone.How to take legal action in this matter

I have recharged or 84 days unlimitted pack for rs 399 bt still i am unabel to send message . it shows message not send evry time i try to send message to someone
