Vodafone India — sim card inactive following last 10 hours | |||
Dear Vodafone Team, Again sending ID proof as ‘AADHAR CARD & DRIVING Licence’ in attachment. I am completely tried to share same ID proof since today morning as you can check in my trail mails. Moreover multiple time called on Vodafone Care and they suggest to call Vodafone corporate care on number ‘[protected]’ and ensured me that your request to activate number ‘[protected]’ is already in place and it will effective in next 2 hours but till now after passed 6 hours SIM is temporary deactivate. I really confused that somewhere you guys are saying that your request of activate number is already in place and it will active in next 2 hours and somewhere you guys are just sending mail that please share your ID proof ???? Can someone will take it serious and process to further activation ? Was this information helpful? | |||
