I had applied for MNP from Vodafone MH to Vodafone Mumbai circle and my new SIM is not registering to network(also the old one is deactivated in this process). I am not able to receive and make any calls. Called call center over 6 times and they are completely useless in solving my problem.
Company says they cant do anything. I need to reapply for everything again with documents and proofs and photo and what not! All my contacts are wasted because of these people. I am losing business everyday.
