Vodafone India — Sim charged to other Customer and deactivate the current sim

Dear Sir, I am a regular customer for vodafone number [protected] from lat 8 years. but presently my current sim is registered to other customer while I am using the same. now from last two days I am continuosly following the vodafone store to get the sim activated. but till now I have not received the same.
