[Resolved] Vodafone India — sim deactivated without notice | |||
Hi sir/madem, I received message from vodafone to re-submit photo, id and address proof on 29th jan 2019 even though my mobile no [protected] is linked to aadhar and before i submit proof again my sim got deactivated on 30th jan. I didn't understand why they are asking for address proof again, if they want again atleast they should give some time to re-submit. So i submitted address proof again at vodafone store and request to reactivate my sim again. They said you will get a call from vodafone and get new sim with same number within 15 day but still i didn't get any call from vodafone and new sim and no proper update from vodafone store.
