Hi Team,
I made a request for changing my number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid. I got the sim as well but it has not got activated yet. I am currently in Pune and as its a postpaid number (of NCR circle) they asked me submit my documents in NCR region. But still my number is not activated. I raised the complaint as well having ref no[protected], but still I am waiting for the response.
I request you to please look into this ASAP.
