Dear Sir/mam, Myself Pradeep Kumar. I want say that my Vodafone No. [protected] sim has been damaged so i want to replace my sim but your Vodafone Care executive said that due to some reason your documents has not been updated in our records. So please tell me the solution of this problem. Vodafone executive gave me a Request No.[protected] to know the status of my complaint but no one is tell me the exact status of my complaint.
