[Resolved] Vodafone India — sim validity issue | |||
I had purchased a sim from vodafone 8 years ago. when i am taking my sim they were providing me life time validity and service. But now without any notice, they have changed the validity and every month they are forcing us to recharge to extend the validity even if we are having balance in main balance. This is really cheating the customer. we are purchasing a product with certain configurations and service, then without informing the customer or any govt regulations, they are changing the policy as per their own wish after the date of purchase. Hi my sim is barred of incoming calls even though I have used the number for connecting internet. What should I do to get over this ?

What do I do. The app says try again for recharge.
Is there no regulatory authority for these companies.
