Vodafone India — SMS barring | |||||
Team, I have changed my sim card to Nano from Micro on 08 Jan, 2017 Sunday with the Vodafone connection [protected], from the date I'm not receiving or not able to send any text messages from my phone. I have already raised this issue several times through customer care and through the Vodafone outlets, but this issue was not answered properly or cleared. This is one serious offence that I'm not receiving the paid service which I'm supposed to get, also it is highly disappointing that being a customer for Vodafone for the past 6 years and to experience such a pathetic service. I have clearly explained everything to the executives and with the outlets many times, but I feel it was waste of time and efforts, and I'm trying all possible options to resolve this as I'm facing such a life time difficulty with this digitalised environment.
