Vodafone India — sms blocked | |
My outgoing SMS is blocked for about 3 months. When I was calling the customer care regarding this, they are asking me to register in the TRAI. Why should I need to regiater in the TRAI, since i am not the telemarketer and also I am not the frequent SMS sender. My biggest concern is I am not even aware of this problem because I don't use to send SMS and now when I really need to send for an emergency I couldn't send it and the customer care is asking me to register in TRAI as the telemarketer. Only SIM am using from the beginning is Vodafone and the issues that are happening right now is really bugging me a lot. Was this information helpful? | |
