[Resolved] Vodafone India — SMS CHARGES LEVIED BEARING MOBILE NO [protected] | |||
Dear sir, This is to inform you that i was using Vodafone connection since very long time allmost 7yrs. As per the current bill amount 1396. After checking my bill amount i was shocked. Simultaneously i have lodged companlaint bearing no [protected] on 5th Dec 2014 around 11.30am regarding extra charges levied for SMS Service. The Customer Care Executive responded that my complaint has been registered and i would receive call on the next day. But unfortunately i have not received any call from your end ie on 6th Dec 2014. After not seen any response from your side today ie on 9th Dec 2014 i have called Customer service to get the response pertaining to my above complaint. I was wondered that after receiving reply stating that my SMS Service was deactivated. The above vodafone service i am exclusively using for outbound SMS usage. The service i have been availing from last 2yrs. You can also refer my previous bills aswell which can be better witness for you to understand my sms usage. Please let me understand how come my SMS Services deactivated without giving any request from my end. Therefore i request you to resolve the issue on top priority and waive off the extra charges levied to my bill. Looking forward for your prompt response. I have not received any response from Vodafone so far regarding the above complaint as it has been completed 4Days. What a pathetic service.
