[Resolved] Vodafone India — sms problem

I am not happy with your service system and recharge system. Hence, i thought to move to jio, then i have started To send sms to 1900 for porting... But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time. So can you please help me out as soon as possible. And it's very funny that the massage is not working to 1900 number only. I requested for MNP to airtel through retailer on dated 13 march but still the service provider didn't change till date, all documents are submitted by me to retailer, also got a call from your customer care, but they are unable to give any satisfactory solution, kindly do it on priority.
