I am using Vodafone post paid.
They stopped my service without given any single information regarding my bill or etc.
there is no any single call or msg they will send and don't try to inform me about reason for stopping my services. When i called at costumer care they will inform me that. my service is stopped as i cross the my bill limit, So they will stopped my service quickly without any intimation to me from Hard copy, Mail, Call or no any single msg on my cell.
When i call Costumer care at 9:03 am (6/9/2015), First person told me that he will active my number within 2 hours as its urgent for me to get in touch with my work. but till morning its not activated. Then i call again at 7:40 am(7/9/2015), Second time, that person give me same hope that it will start working within 2 hours,
But its not working so i call 3rd time at 9:46am(7/9/2015), at that time person told me that it will not activated till i do not pay bill.
If he is right as per Vodafone's COC (Term and Condition), Then why that two person give me wrong hope ?
If they would give me right suggestion it will help me a lot to contact my work ASAP Was this information helpful? |
