WHEN I CALLED THE VODAFONE GUYS, I WAS TOLD THAT NO 3GB CONNECTION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE AGAINST MY THIS CONNECTION . I ACCEPTED THE SAME .
NEXT DAY I GOT A CALL FROM VODAFONE WHERE I ASKED AGAIN ABOUT A 3GB NET CONNECTION AGAINST THE ABOVE NO & I WAS TOLD RS 650.00 FOR 3 GB PLAN IS AVAILABLE .
I IMMEDATELY ACCEPTED THE SAME & GAVE A CHEQUE FOR RS 4044.78 ON 28.01.2015 AGAINST THE NUMBER [protected] . WHERE NO EXTRA DATA CARD WAS NEEDED.
SIR, I WAS DUPED BY THE EXECUTIVE GIVING WRONG INFORMATION & UNNECCASARY HARRASMENT.
WHEN THE EXECUTIVE CAME FOR VERIFICATION, I INSTANTLY TOLD THAT THIS CONNECTION IS NOT NEEDED & HE CROSSED THE FORM SAYING IT WILL BE RETURNED
SIR, WHEN I DID NOT DO THE VERIFICATION, THEN WHY THIS HARRASSMENT TO US . WE ARE HOLDING 9 CONNECTIONS FROM YOU & I WILL BE COMPELLED TO SURRENDER ALL CONNECTIONS WITH IMMIDIATE EFFECT .
KINDLY CANCEL THE ABOVE CONNECTION WITH IMMIDIATE EFFECT.
